The Senior Bachelor In People Magazine - June 27, 2005 Welcome to the Senior Bachelor! The Senior Bachelor Search and Journey started as the search for the Perfect Traveling Companion for me to take on a trip around the world. It has since grown in so many ways. This is due in large part to what I have learned from the thousands of women who have been touched by this endeavor. I’ve learned that the craving for Romance and Adventure and the desire to share both in one’s life does not diminish as we get older. In fact, it seems to get stronger as we bring so much more from our life experience and wisdom to our new relationships. This is what the good folks at The Oprah Winfrey Show must have seen when they decided to tell the world about The Senior Bachelor on April 27, 2005. That is where it all got started- with a big boost from People Magazine a month later when I was selected as one of the “50 Hottest Bachelors”! As the Senior Bachelor, I want to spread the word that Romance and Adventure are alive and well for people of all ages!
